- Vouchers are valid until April 15, 2010.

- The McKinleyville, Eureka, and Fortuna Senior Resource Centers will also have a limited supply low-cost blood draw vouchers available two weeks prior to the event for those unable to make it to the health fair. 

*** Note that  blood draws will not be offered at the health fair .  You will use the
          coupon to make an appointment with the Lab at the General Hospital
          Campus for any of the following screenings: 

• Full Blood Analysis (Hemogram and complete Metabolic panel with Lipids) - $50
• Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) - $35
• Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) - $35
